Pre-Application Stage

Candidates are pre-evaluated based on the requirements of the position and the qualifications aligned with Deluxtur’s organizational needs.

References provided by the applicants are carefully reviewed.

Suitable candidates are invited for an interview. If the applicant has completed any individual or group projects, they are encouraged to present them during the interview. A technical interview may be conducted if deemed necessary for the role.

In the selection and placement process, Deluxtur considers not only the candidate’s experience and education but also their personal attributes. For this purpose, personality assessments may be administered when appropriate.

If both parties reach a mutual agreement, the candidate is offered a trial period.

Upon successful completion of the process, the candidate is officially invited to join the team.
